1. About Creator Upside

Creator Upside is a service operated by Philidor Solutions, trading as My Digital Marketing, in the Netherlands. Philidor Solutions is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 73071579. The website introduces a potential partnership model for helping creators research, develop and monetise digital products.

2. No partnership is created by using this website

Viewing this website, submitting the channel review form or receiving an initial opportunity review does not create a partnership, agency relationship, joint venture, employment relationship or binding commercial agreement.

A creator partnership only begins when both parties agree to separate written terms.

3. No guarantee of revenue or results

Any product ideas, opportunity assessments, examples or discussions are provided for evaluation purposes. We do not guarantee that a suggested product will be launched, accepted by an audience, generate sales or produce any particular level of revenue.

4. Creator approval and responsibilities

Nothing is intended to be published, promoted or placed in front of a creator's audience without the creator's approval. The precise approval process, responsibilities, ownership, costs and revenue-sharing arrangement will be defined in the separate partnership agreement.

5. Information you provide

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to share it with us. Do not submit confidential information, passwords, private account credentials or third-party material that you are not authorised to disclose.

6. Intellectual property

The Creator Upside name, website design, text and original materials on this website are owned by or licensed to My Digital Marketing unless stated otherwise. You may view the website for your own business evaluation but may not reproduce or republish substantial parts of it without permission.

Ownership and permitted use of content, products and other materials created within a creator partnership will be governed by the separate partnership agreement.

7. Third-party services

Creator Upside may use or link to third-party services such as social platforms, payment providers, commerce platforms, hosting providers or other software. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or independent practices.

8. Website availability
